1. Physical properties: Ammonium acetate is colorless crystal or crystal powder at room temperature, with irritating ammonia odor. 2. Solubility: Ammonium acetate is easily soluble in water, and the solubility increases with the increase of temperature.

Use:
1. Chemical experiments: As a chemical reagent and buffer, it is widely used in the laboratory to prepare buffer solutions and pH regulation.
2. Agriculture: Ammonium acetate can be used as a substitute for potash or nitrogen fertilizer for crop fertilization.
3. Industry: Ammonium acetate is also used as a fixative for dyes and pigments, and as an electrolyte for batteries.
