1.Cleaning agent
As a cleaning agent in the metal parts and electronic components cleaning market has developed rapidly, mainly used in color TV, refrigerator, automobile, air conditioning, precision machinery and microelectronics and other industries, used to clean metal parts, electronic components and so on.
2. Chemical intermediates
At present, as the consumption of chemical intermediates, the downstream products of trichloroethylene that have been industrialized in China are tetrachloroethylene, hexachloroethane, dichloroacetyl chloride, octachlorodipropyl ether, HFC-134a, etc., mainly driven by the production of HFC-134a. Due to the rapid industrialization of HFC-134a production in China, the proportion of trichloroethylene as chemical intermediates in the composition of consumption has been greatly increased.
3. Other
As solvents, extractants, its consumption accounts for about 15% of the total consumption, mainly used in caprolactam, pesticides, medicine and other aspects of production. The pesticides using trichloroethylene as solvent include trichlorfon, Dimethoate, etc., which are relatively popular pesticide varieties in China. Trichloroethylene is used as a refined extractant of medical intermediate-methoxyphthalate, which has also increased greatly in recent years. Other consumption areas of trichloroethylene in China include expanding agents and unsaturated resin coatings, accounting for about 5%; Dry cleaning agents and refrigerants, etc., account for about 10%.
