property description:
1. Its appearance is lemon yellow monoitalic crystalline powder or granular, and sometimes it has the metamorph of the cubic crystal system. It tastes salty.
2. The crystal water is lost when heated to 70ºC. When strongly burned, it decomposes and releases nitrogen, forming  iron carbide. Its aqueous solution decomposes into iron hydroxide when exposed to light.
3. Relative density 1.85. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, ether.

Main Uses:

1.Used in the manufacture of pigments, printing and dyeing oxidation auxiliaries, potassium ferriccyanide, explosives and chemical reagents, also used in steel heat treatment, lithography, engraving and so on.
2.Used as analytical reagent, chromatographic reagent and developer.
