Electrical properties: Holmium oxide is a semiconducting material with high conductivity at room temperature.
Usage:
Photoelectric devices: Holmium oxide is widely used in the manufacture of optoelectronic devices, such as photodetectors, solar cells and so on.
Electronic devices: Their semiconductor properties can be used to manufacture field effect tubes, power electronic devices, etc. Gas sensor: Holmium oxide is sensitive to gases such as hydrogen and oxygen and can be used in gas sensors and detectors. Optical coating: Its high refractive index and transparency can be used to manufacture optical coatings, optical devices and glass materials.
