1, Product Overview
Polyisobutylene-bis-succinimide (T154) is an ash free dispersing additive with a chemical structure of polyisobutene succinimide derivatives. It is mainly used in the field of lubricating oil additives, especially for the preparation of medium and high-end internal combustion engine oils (such as diesel engine oil and gasoline engine oil).

2, Physical and chemical properties
Appearance: A brownish red transparent viscous liquid with a density of approximately 890 kg/m ³ (20 ºC).

3, Core functions
1. Dispersion and solubilization effect: effectively disperses oil sludge, carbon deposits, and high-temperature cigarette ash, and inhibits the deposition of engine piston paint film and carbon deposits. Maintain excellent dispersibility even in low temperature environments, preventing oil from solidifying or increasing viscosity.
2. High temperature stability: Maintain chemical stability under high temperature conditions, avoid decomposition failure, and extend the lubrication life of engine oil.
3. Ash free characteristics: It does not contain metallic ash, avoiding excessive oil ash content and meeting environmental requirements.

4, Application Fields
1. Modulation of internal combustion engine oil: Used in combination with metal cleaning agents and anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion agents to solve the problem of low-temperature sludge and reduce high-temperature deposits. Recommended for diesel engine oil and high load gasoline engine oil.
2. Industrial lubricants: suitable for industrial lubrication scenarios that require high cleanliness and high temperature stability.

5, Usage suggestions
Addition amount: It is recommended to add 2.0% -4.0% (mass fraction) to the oil product.Mainly suitable for mid to high end engine oil, it can also be used in the production of petrochemical additives and fuel oil detergents.
Packaging specifications: standard 200L iron drum, net weight 170 kg/drum.
