Used to prepare meat flavor. Recommended dosage: The concentration in the final flavored food is about 0.3 ~ 15mg/kg. Safety management status: FEMA number of 2-methyl-3-tetrahydrofuran mercaptan is 3787. China GB 2760-1996 (added in 2002) approved as permissible use of food flavors.
