2. Solubility: soluble in water, alcohol, ether and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in picrin.

Main Uses:

 

1.Used for dyeing silk and wool fabrics.
2.Used as a biological stain.
3.Biological staining, complexing indicator. Naphthol green B can be combined with acid chromium blue K to form a mixed indicator -KB indicator, which makes its color change more sensitive, from violet red to blue green.
4.Biological staining; Determination of magnesium complexation indicator.
5.Used to dye wool yellow-green. Fast to sun, wash and alkali. Biological staining, complexing indicator. Naphthol green B can be combined with acid chromium blue K to form a mixed indicator -KB indicator, which makes its color change more sensitive, from violet red to blue green.
