Ferulic acid is mainly used in the food industry to prepare natural vanillin, antioxidants, preservatives, crosslinking agents and function enhancers.

Ferulic acid is a white or white crystalline powder produced by hydrolysis of natural ferulic acid esterase.

The plant source is rice bran. Ferulic acid can reduce inflammation, relieve pain, prevent thrombosis, resist free radicals, regulate immune system and so on.
