Chitosan hydrochloride is a kind of low toxicity, odorless organic cationic polymer. The traditional method of chitosan hydrochloride has the following shortcomings: high requirements for raw chitosan, food grade hydrochloride with low ash content and low viscosity should be used. However, most of the industrial production is industrial grade chitosan with high ash content and large viscosity, and the hydrochloride obtained from such chitosan as raw materials has many impurities, and it is difficult to dissolve in water, and can not reach the index of hydrochloride. Compared with the industrial grade, the price of food grade chitosan is very high, and the production cost is greatly increased.
