Magnesium is the core element of chlorophyll, which enhances the plant reduction process and improves disease resistance, and is essential for photosynthesis. Magnesium is the activator of many enzymes, which can promote the metabolism of carbohydrates, the synthesis of nucleic acids, and the conversion of phosphate. Magnesium sulfate is a very important fertilizer because it provides rich nutrients for crops. Magnesium contributes to crop growth and high yields. Sulfur is the main component of proteins and enzymes in the plant body, which can promote root growth, enhance metabolism and REDOX effect in the plant body, thus promoting the vigorous growth of crops and increasing yield. Magnesium sulfate is a good fertilizer, it can not only provide magnesium and sulfur elements, and make the soil loose and strong, plant roots developed, fully absorb nutrients, make plants more lush. Magnesium and 15 other elements are considered to be nutrients for plant growth and high yield. Regarding plant nutrients and fertilizers, the nutrients contained in conventional fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) are obviously not enough to increase agricultural yields. Moderate nutrients (calcium, magnesium, sulfur) and micronutrients (zinc, copper, iron, manganese, boron, molybdenum, ) become less abundant in the soil, and deficiencies in these nutrients can lead to lower crop yields. Excessive extraction of magnesium from the soil has been shown to be the main cause of this widespread deficiency, and magnesium is an important ingredient in improving productivity and agricultural yields and must be replenished in a timely manner. It can be mixed with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to form compound or mixed fertilizer according to different needs, and can also be mixed with one or more elements to form various fertilizers and photosynthetic fertilizers, respectively. After the actual fertilization comparison experiment on nine kinds of crops such as rubber trees, fruit trees, tobacco leaves, legumes and vegetables, potatoes and cereals, the compound fertilizer containing magnesium can increase crops by 15-50% compared with the compound fertilizer without magnesium.
