Main Uses:

 

Paraffin is a hydrocarbon mixture made from some distillate of petroleum, shale oil, or other asphaltic mineral oil. It is composed mainly of solid alkanes, odorless, tasteless, white or pale yellow translucent solids. Paraffin is a mixture of positive chain saturated alkanes with different molecular weights, which can be expressed by the general formula CnH2n+2. According to the physical state of paraffin, it can be divided into three categories: liquid paraffin, solid paraffin and microcrystalline wax. Paraffin has many advantages such as low price, wide source, colorless and odorless, stable physical and chemical properties, large latent heat of phase transition, etc., so it is widely used in medicine, packaging, construction, military camouflage, industry and agriculture and other fields. In recent years, there have been a lot of research on composite phase change energy storage materials.

 

1. White stone wax is mainly used as candles, crayons, wax paper, matches, general telecommunications equipment, rubber products, polishing paste and other chemical raw materials. Paraffin wax is suitable for high frequency porcelain, carbon paper, iron pen wax paper, cold cream and other products production and precision casting. Food paraffin is suitable for food and oral medicine components and demoulding, tablet pressing, polishing and so on. Food including paraffin wax is suitable for the coating and impregnation of dissolvers and packaging materials in contact with food.

2. As a coating agent. China's provisions can be used as gum gum base, for food gum, bubble gum, etc., the maximum use of 50g/kg.
