Fluorescent red H5B is an organic dye commonly used in fluorescence microscopy and fluorescent staining reagents. The molecular structure of fluorescent red H5B appears as a heterocyclic compound with strong red fluorescence. It has high absorption and emission peaks in the visible region (wavelengths of about 530-630 nm). Fluorescent red H5B has a high solubility in water. The primary use of fluorescent red H5B is as a biomarker dye for fluorescence microscopy of cells, tissues and biomolecules. It can bind specifically to biological targets and be observed by fluorescence microscopy, which can be used in the fields of cell staining, protein localization and cell biological processes.
