The main uses include the preparation of hazelnut, almond and peanut types of flavor. In addition, it is suitable for blending brown flavors such as cocoa, coffee, cashew nuts, coconut and pecans, as well as baked cereals such as oatmeal, corn, rice, bread and pie crust baked goods, roast meats such as beef, chicken, pork and bacon, caramel flavors including caramel and pralines, and coffee and chocolate.
