The use of 2,5-dimethyl-3-furanethiol
Food industry
1. Meat essence preparation: as the core flavor, it is used for the preparation of meat flavor oil essence such as meat products (such as chicken, beef) and frozen dumplings, giving strong meat flavor and lasting fragrance. In the processing of frozen dumplings, the addition amount is about 0.05-0.1% to enhance aroma stability and improve product flavor.
2. Compound seasoning: added to spicy seasonings, soups, baked goods, to enhance the complex flavor characteristics such as saltiness and spiciness.
