Chemical Property/Description:

 

Its physical and chemical properties are as follows: dark purple powder. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, Insoluble in benzene and other general organic solvents. Blue in strong inorganic acids. Chemicalbook generally appears in the acidic medium blue purple. When pH = 4, it appears rose red and can form water-soluble blue complexes with calcium and titanium ions. Easy to be destroyed by strong oxidant or strong reducing agent.
