The appearance is white to off-white powder

Main Uses:

Human use of N-acetylcarnosine and non-aqueous carnosine is effective for cataract treatment because of its antioxidant effect. Oxidation refers to the phenomenon that cells are damaged due to excessive reactive oxygen species.

Glycation is a condition in which substances such as proteins and fats react with sugars to become denaturated. The first discovery of glycosylation was in 1968, the discovery of hemoglobin in the blood with sugar reaction phenomenon. This glycosylated hemoglobin is called "glycosylated hemoglobin", and the number increases in cataracts.

For this glycation there are substances that resist glycation. This is a type of carnosine produced by chemical synthesis of the amino acids L-histidine and β-alanine, which has the property of converting into the original carnosine in the body. Taking advantage of this property, the cataract eye drop Clara Stiel, which contains human N acetylcarnosine and non-aqueous carnosine, improves the effectiveness of cataract treatment.

It is a fine chemical product with a wide range of uses, which can be used in the production of vitamin C, pharmaceutical additives, anti-crystallization agents, moisture absorbent, chemical stabilizers, food additives, surfactants, etc., and is widely used in medicine, chemical industry and tobacco.
