Chemical Property/Description

Red to dark red uniform particles or powder, odorless. Light resistance, good acid resistance, strong heat resistance (105ºC), poor reduction resistance; Poor bacterial tolerance.

Soluble in water, the aqueous solution is red; Soluble in glycerol, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in oil; Maximum absorption wavelength 508nm±2nm. Stable to citric acid and tartaric acid; It turns brown on alkali. The coloring property is similar to amaranth.


Main Uses:
