The naringin molecule obtained after drying to constant weight at 110ºC contains two crystal waters, and its melting point rises to 171ºC. Soluble.ethanol, acetic acid, dilute alkali solution and hot water, the solubility in water is 0.1% at room temperature, and can reach 10% at 75ºC. Insoluble in non-polar solvents such as ether, benzene.
